At Premiory, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding federal holidays. Below, you’ll find all the details about shipping times, costs, and policies.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

We process and ship your order with care, with total delivery time ranging from 5 to 18 business days, depending on the product:

  • Most Products (e.g., cotton Tshirt, mugs, dog tags, tumblers): 5-10 business days
  • Specialty Imported Items (e.g., jackets, polos, all-over-print hoodies, Hawaiian shirts, bedding, caps): 7-18 business days

  • Insured Shipping (Recommended for added peace of mind): $7.99

Shipping to PO Boxes & Military Addresses

PO Boxes: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes!

Military APO/FPO Addresses: Due to frequent delays and lost packages, our shipping partners are currently unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses. We recommend using a non-military U.S. address (e.g., a family member’s or friend’s) for smooth delivery. Contact us at support@premiory.com  if you need assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. A 5% processing fee will apply to cover production and transaction costs. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE… WHERE’S MY REMAINING ITEM?

If you have ordered two or more different items, they are being shipped separately from our various facilities and storage locations to you. Therefore, please be patient and wait a little longer, or contact us via support@premiory.com . We will provide you with specific information about your packages.

So don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once—they are on the way.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Estimated Delivery: 5-18 business days* (depending on the product type) or longer during holiday seasons.

  • 5-10 business days for domestic products (Cotton apparel, mugs, dog tags, tumblers…)
  • 10-18 business days for other complex All-Over-Printed or imported products (jacket, polo, sweater, AOP hoodies/sweatshirt, hawaiian shirt, cap, bedding…)
REPLACEMENTS FOR INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or defective item (e.g., flawed product, wrong design, type, or size), please email us at support@premiory.com  within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and the shipping label, and we’ll verify the issue promptly.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping.
  • Examples of covered issues: manufacturing defects, design errors, or items that don’t match your order.
HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

If you had provided a valid Email address while submitting the order, we normally send you the tracking number to that Email id. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us at support@premiory.com  and we will provide your tracking details.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team at support@premiory.com , we are happy to assist.

ARE YOUR PRODUCT MADE IN THE USA?

Most of our products are made in the USA and some are not. However, all of our products are shipped from USA. For all products that are made in the USA, we do state that in the product description. Some of our AOP items may be made outside of US, but the designs are printed in the USA in Colorado.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping fees depend on the product type, weight, and destination. Typically, fees range from $5-$9 for domestic orders and $8-$15 for international orders. The exact fee will be shown at checkout. Contact support@premiory.com  for a detailed quote.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

Most times this happens because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us at support@premiory.com , and we will fix it for you.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We accept shipping to PO Boxes.

Due to a high rate of lost packages and shipping delays, our current shipping partners have suspended delivery services to Military APO/FPO addresses. As an alternative, we suggest using a local or non-military address for smooth delivery.
