I Ordered 2+ Items, But Only Received One… Where’s My Remaining Items?

If you have ordered two or more different items, they are being shipped separately from our various facilities and storage locations to you. Do You Offer Delivery To PO Boxes Or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

We accept shipping to PO Boxes.

Due to a high rate of lost packages and shipping delays, our current shipping partners have suspended delivery services to Military APO/FPO addresses. As an alternative, we suggest using a local or non-military address for smooth delivery.

Why Have I Not Received Order Confirmation Details?

Most times this happens because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. Please contact us at [email protected] , and we’ll update it and resend your order confirmation email.

Refund/Return Policy For Incorrect Or Defective Items

How Do I Get My Tracking Number?

If you had provided a valid Email address while submitting the order, we normally send you the tracking number to that Email id. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us at [email protected]  and we will provide your tracking details.

I Need Help With A Late Order

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team at [email protected] , we are happy to assist.

Are Your Product Made In The USA?

Most of our products are made in the USA and some are not. However, all of our products are shipped from USA. For all products that are made in the USA, we do state that in the product description. Some of our AOP items may be made outside of US, but the designs are printed in the USA in Colorado.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] . A small processing fee (8% of your order) may apply to cover transaction costs. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
